• Develop Spring Boot services and backend integrations for Campaign Manager in Vault CRM, delivering feature work from technical design through implementation and verification.
• Lead backend AI adoption for Campaign Manager; co-developed the team's workflow from specification to merge, with traceable handoffs, deterministic checks, human approval, and independent review.
• Build reusable agent skills that decompose work into bounded tasks, dependencies, and acceptance criteria; now generalizing the implementation skill into a shared framework for two other teams.
